SOLD!

Well, over the weekend I found out that someone else snatched up the house I wanted. The realtor said that she hadn't seen that much action on a house in a while. Someone bought it within a couple days of it being listed. Now we are thinking that maybe moving to Austin isn't such a bad idea. For the same price as a bland, fixer upper around here you can get a cute cottage with character in a cool neighborhood in a city, not the suburbs! I'd have to get used to the heat, but 100 degrees in July can't be any worse that 12 degrees in February!
